Pursuit's Renew & Restore Programme is designed for talented, experienced and respected leaders who are facing a difficult time and need some help to rebalance. With a focus on restoring you to your authentic self, we'll bring together your skills and strengths to enable you to create an action plan that will take you forward, with a new sense of energy and motivation.
Stage 1: Explore
We'll start with exploring where you are right now. Understanding how you got lost can help you get back to where you want to be. You'll take a deeper look at what's causing you to feel off balance and what that meant to you. You'll become more aware of your triggers, how you deal with setbacks, difficult feedback and people who 'push your buttons'. You'll also learn some new tools and techniques to help you, along with learning more about yourself. You'll identify ways in which you can adapt to the environment you're in whilst remaining authentic to who you are and what's important to you.
Stage 2: Rebalance
We'll look at what you want from your career, your role, your organisation, your team and how you can create a fulfilling future. We'll explore what balance means to you and how you can achieve it in your current lifestyle and role. We'll also explore your leadership style and skills, and what you bring to your teams.
Stage 3: Restore
Time to take action! Here you'll pull together all the learning you've had so far and consolidate it in an action plan to take you forward to the next stage. Time to step into your fulfilling future with a renewed sense of who you are, what your purpose is, and what value you bring to your role and your organisation.
Ultimately, you'll gain a deeper sense of who you are and what your purpose is. You'll have some much-needed time for self-reflection, and space to think things through.

- An 18 page DISC personality profile report all about your behavioural style*
- Upfront agreement with you about your ideal outcomes and expectations about coaching
- Setting clear goals and measurable review points along the way
- Mid coaching reviews to take stock and review your progress against your goals and timescales
- Flexibility over the timing and scheduling of your sessions (see below)
- Option of meeting face to face, by phone or online (face to face can incur extra travel costs, so just check with us)
- Development learning review for the last session
